I have installed all Latest updates for Windows 10 / NVidia drivers / INTEL Drivers HD Graphics 3000 as required. Actually i have two Graphics Cards - Intel HD Graphics (Sandy Bridge) 3000 and Nvidia GT 540M (2GB) under Display Devices in Device Manager. So i have updated both of the Drivers for these two and restarted but still the same issues persists. Let me know if any other options have to be tried.
